If you are a process equipment manufacturer (such as a mechanical processing line vendor for fruits or vegetables, a manufacturer of packaging lines, an equipment manufacturer in non-wovens, a plastics extruder…) seeking opportunities in automated visual inspection as an extension to your current product offering, but do not have the resources to economical develop this in-house, Visys can help you by offering Vision-technology-in-a-box ( plug-in box). We call you than an Original Equipment Manufacturer (or in short OEM).

As OEM you have the privilege to have a commercial and trusted "head start", through an in-depth knowledge of your clients' historical and future needs and aspirations. The Visys’ suite of OEM-products enables you to add instantly a high-end sorting line (laser, camera or a combination) to your existing product portfolio.

All our suites of OEM-products have been developed with ease and simplicity in mind. The open and modular state-of-the-art design and seamless interoperability with global standards, enable you to combine your existing mechanical processing equipment, designs and developments with our plug-in products (Technology-in-a-box comprising hardware, software and engineering professional services).

Our core plug-in offering consists of proprietary high-end sorting-technology-products and engineering services which we market under our own branding. Our OEM-flagship suite is the Spyder™ engine which is marketed in a set of 4 plug-ins or in simple words our proprietary "eyes, brains and hands", embodying the heart of any sorting or inspection solution.

Unlike other vendors, who have to compromise on color, (bio)structure or shape, our solutions enable combined color, shape and structure sorting fully digital in 1 engine, without having to compromise...whatever your application requires.
